Therapeutic/Deep Tissue
Therapeutic Massage has all of the same benefits of a Swedish Massage, but reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for so many as stress and trauma is stored in the body. These sessions include a variety of techniques and are tailored to each individual clients needs and wants! Hot towels are always included in the service.
Swedish Relaxation
The goal is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. This can be extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, promotes relaxation, and decreases stress. If you are looking for a way to relax and pamper yourself this is the session for you.
Plantar Fasciitis Care
Plantar Fasciitis is a common problem among many people causing countless pain and suffering in the feet and legs. I myself suffered with this for 10 years before I found massage as an alternative. If you have tried other things to find relief from Plantar Fasciitis and it hasn't worked then I encourage you to try this treatment!
