Hi, I’m Megan—owner of Mindful Massage by Megan and a licensed massage therapist with a deep passion for helping others feel their best, inside and out.
Massage found me at just the right season in my life, and it quickly became more than a career—it became a calling. For the past three years, I’ve been building my business with intention, creating a space where clients can truly relax, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
My approach to massage is intuitive and therapeutic, blending techniques to meet each client exactly where they are. Whether you’re coming in with chronic tension, stress, or simply the need to unwind, my goal is to provide work that is both deeply relaxing and results-driven—getting to the root of the issue while still allowing your body and nervous system to fully let go.
I believe in holding space for my clients in a way that feels safe, nurturing, and judgment-free.
Healing isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, too—and I’m honored to support both.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m a proud single mom of three amazing kids who inspire me daily. I’ve lived, worked, and volunteered in the Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach community for over 11 years, and I truly love being part of such a special place.
